手打ち煮込みうどん

Koji is Japanese traditional fermented food. I put extra firm tofu in salted koji with pepper and sansyo(Japanese herb) for 5days. It is so tasty!
塩麹を水で薄めた中に、水気を切った硬い豆腐、からし、山椒の実を入れて5日間つけておきます。酒のおつまみに、ご飯のお供に、ドレッシングに！

Homemade natural yeast bread. This time I put beets. It make nice pink color. I made mushed potato salad tasted Tahini, vinegar, olive oil, pepper and salt. Enjoy your meal!

Handmade udon(Japanese noodles) I mixed white flour, whole wheat flour, salt and water. Then stretched dough with cookie roller and cut. It’s good hot or cold with what you like!
コシのある手打ちうどんが食べたくて、全粒粉を入れ、少ない水で捏ねて、足で踏んで、クッキーローラーで伸ばして、切って作りました。味はどうかな？ 楽しみです。

I made Natural dye with onion skin first time. It was so exciting what’s color coming out！
初めての草木染め。タマネギの皮を煮詰めて、媒染にミョウバン(アルミ)を使ってみました。すごい！
白のTシャツと生成りのバックが奥深い黄色に染まりました。
